Speaker Management supports global event organisers to seamless onboard their Conference Speakers, stage production, pre event and onsite.

Role Overview
As a Speaker Management Executive, you will play a key role in coordinating and supporting the speaker process for our clients events. This includes onboarding speakers, ensuring all required assets are received, providing website support, and handling administrative tasks. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, IT savvy, and has a proactive approach to tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding process for speakers, ensuring they receive all necessary information and guidance.
- Collect and organize speaker assets, including bios, photos, presentations, and other event materials.
- Maintain communication with speakers, chasing up missing assets and providing any support needed for their participation.
- Ensure speaker information is up to date on event websites and other relevant platforms.
- Reply in a timely manner to email and Speaker queries
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing speaker briefings and tracking speaker confirmations, including creating and formatting reports using Excel and Word.
- Support the content team by ensuring speakers have everything they need to deliver their sessions successfully, ensuring deadlines are met.
Requirements
- Previous experience or knowledge in speaker management or event coordination is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for managing speaker data and documents, and overall in all areas IT.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when handling speaker information.
- A love for great process, systems and continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- IT efficiency and familiarity with event management tools or platforms.
- A proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
