Located in the heart of the Melbourne CBD in the 80 Collins Street precinct, Nick & Nora’s is open Tuesday – Sunday and has very quickly turned into the Speakeasy Group flagship high-volume venue.

About the Role

We are seeking an outstanding Venue Manager to join the Speakeasy Group.

  • Some admin shifts, with a focus on exceptional service.
  • Motivate and inspire the Nick & Nora’s team to exceed guest expectations at every opportunity.
  • Manage forecasting and budgets across beverage, food and staff costs.
  • Maintain stock control procedures with exceptional accuracy.
  • Report directly to the National Operations Manager.
  • Follow The Speakeasy Group Management procedures in detail.
  • Implement, execute and maintain outstanding levels of service, creating a benchmark for the wider team and inspiring and leading them to operate and deliver to the same standards.
  • Maintain the venue’s cleanliness and maintenance to the highest standards.
  • Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, council regulations, food handling and OH&S regulations.
  • Ensure venue trainings and procedures are up to date and effectively communicated to the greater team.
