SpeakBrit is a UK-based online English learning platform delivering live, teacher-led English classes for children and teenagers. We focus on practical British English, structured learning paths, and real outcomes — not recorded courses.
We are looking for a Lead Educator (UK-based) to support academic quality, student placement, and platform growth. This is NOT a sales role. No investment is required at any stage. You will not be asked to find students or sell courses.
Key Responsibilities- Student Assessment & Placement
- Conduct online interviews and English level assessments
- Categorise students into Beginner / Intermediate / Advanced sub-levels: 1, 2, 3 within each category
- Academic Oversight
- Review and improve syllabus and lesson structure
- Ensure consistency across all programmes
- Support and review teaching quality
- Teacher Hiring Support
- Assist with interviewing and evaluating new teachers
- Review lesson plans and teaching approaches
- Support academic onboarding
- Student Support
- Help with academic queries from students and parents
- Ensure correct placement and learning progress
- Live Sessions (activated after 50 paying students)
- Conduct 3 live teaching sessions per month
- Conduct 1 live Q&A session per month
- Paid at £16 per hour once 50 paying students are reached
- Expansion Support
- Assist with interviews for sales staff in the UK and other countries
- Support future academic expansion initiatives
- Recurring Monthly Commission: £12 per enrolled student per month, paid monthly and continues as long as the student remains enrolled. No cap on earnings.
- Future Franchise Opportunity: As SpeakBrit expands into an outsourced franchise model, the Lead Educator may support academic setup for franchisees and earn up to £600 per franchisee.
