About the Role:

We are looking for a warm, polished, and super-organised Student Experience Coordinator to be the welcoming face of Speak Up London. Luxury Retail / Hospitality Background Preferred. This role is perfect for someone with a background in luxury retail, hospitality, or premium customer service who enjoys meeting people, managing small details, and creating a great first impression.

You will look after walk-in students, give school tours, coordinate trial lessons, and ensure prospective students have an outstanding first experience with us. You’ll also handle occasional on-the-spot payments and know how to gently deal with basic objections — all while ensuring the visitor has a smooth, positive first experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front-of-House & Walk-In Management: Greet all trial students and walk-in visitors warmly; provide tours of the school and explain the student experience confidently.
  • Support Sales Reps (SDRs): Act as the London-based contact for trial visits arranged by our remote and in-house Sales Reps; make sure each visitor receives a personal, attentive welcome in their absence.
  • Coordinate Trial Lessons: Direct trial students to the correct classes; ensure they know where to go, what to expect, and handle any questions or small concerns smoothly.
  • Use CRM Systems Confidently: Look up student information in the system before they arrive to stay prepared; log visit outcomes if needed.
  • Referral Programme Management: Handle the administration of our student referral programme — from notifying students of rewards to processing their preferences.
  • Reception & Office Presentation: Keep the reception area welcoming, tidy, and reflective of our premium brand standards.
  • Feedback & Insights Sharing: Collect feedback from trial students and walk-ins to share with the wider team (Sales, Academic, Student Services) to improve experience quality.
  • Problem-Solving with Common Sense: Deal confidently with small day-to-day challenges — spotting solutions, resolving minor issues, and asking for help when needed.

  • Background in Luxury Retail, Hospitality, or Front-of-House Roles
  • Excellent People Skills - naturally friendly, polite, and professional
  • Well-Organised & Detail-Oriented - keeps track of multiple tasks without missing things
  • Quick Thinker with Common Sense - can calmly handle last-minute changes or unexpected situations
  • Great Communicator - comfortable speaking to people from many cultures
  • Team Player - works well with sales, academic, and student services teams
  • (Desirable) A second language spoken
  • (Desirable) CRM experience (Hubspot)

Salary & Benefits:
