- Coordinate Trial Lessons: Direct trial students to the correct classes; ensure they know where to go, what to expect, and handle any questions or small concerns smoothly.
- Use CRM Systems Confidently: Look up student information in the system before they arrive to stay prepared; log visit outcomes if needed.
- Referral Programme Management: Handle the administration of our student referral programme — from notifying students of rewards to processing their preferences.
- Reception & Office Presentation: Keep the reception area welcoming, tidy, and reflective of our premium brand standards.
- Feedback & Insights Sharing: Collect feedback from trial students and walk-ins to share with the wider team (Sales, Academic, Student Services) to improve experience quality.
- Problem-Solving with Common Sense: Deal confidently with small day-to-day challenges — spotting solutions, resolving minor issues, and asking for help when needed.
