Speak Up London is hiring a Senior Digital Marketing & Growth Executive to work directly with the CEO. This is a handsâon execution role with rare strategic exposure. You wonât sit layers below decisionâmakers â youâll be implementing changes daily while gaining visibility into marketing direction, creative thinking, budgets and performance discussions.

Speak Up London is a British Councilâaccredited English language school based on Oxford Street. Since 2012, weâve built a respected international brand in the ELT sector. Weâre ambitious, designâconscious, performanceâdriven and fastâmoving. We work with brands like Hilton, Marriot, Barryâs and Big Mamma group, as well as thousands of international individuals from all over the world.
What Youâll Do
- Work on and with Meta & Google Ads campaigns
- Test creatives, messaging and audience variations
- Monitor CPL, conversion rates and lead quality
- Refine HubSpot workflows and nurture journeys
- Support landing page and WordPress updates
- Contribute structured performance insights
- Bring creative growth ideas to the table
