Speak Up London, an established English language centre, based on Oxford Street, is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to take full ownership of your marketing function. You’ll steer an ambitious brand, manage a talented in-house creative team, and drive innovative content and campaigns that resonate with our diverse, international audience.

We specialise in helping professionals from around the world upskill through English – both individually and through partnerships with industry leaders like Hilton, Big Mamma Group, and Barry’s. We’re known for our vibrant community, strong student engagement, and authentic voice – and we’re ready to take our marketing to the next level.
The Role
This is a strategic role. You’ll be managing and mentoring a team of creatives (graphic designer, videographer, social media executive, marketing executive), shaping the direction of the brand, and working closely with creators and influencers to scale our organic, UGC-first content approach.
You’ll also be responsible for working with external agencies (PPC, SEO, Paid Social) and aligning all marketing activity with commercial goals.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, inspire and manage the internal marketing team to deliver on key KPIs
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and campaigns
- Guide the team on priorities, timelines, and creative direction
Strategic Marketing & Content
- Own and execute the overall digital strategy: paid, organic, and earned
- Drive our UGC and creator-led marketing strategy across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
- Oversee content planning and execution, ensuring best-in-class visuals, videos, and messaging
- Manage offline marketing events
Agency & Budget Oversight
- Manage relationships with external agencies for SEO, PPC, and paid social
- Oversee campaign performance and ensure optimal ROI
- Own and monitor the marketing budget across all platforms and partners
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Launch integrated marketing campaigns that support revenue goals and brand growth
- Lead on data analysis and reporting using tools like GA4, Clarity, and Hubspot
About You
We’re looking for a sharp, organised and creative manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands how to build brands that matter.
You’ll have:
- At least 3 years of marketing managerial experience, ideally in education or service industries
- Proven ability to manage and mentor teams
- Strong understanding of both paid and organic channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, UGC, SEO)
- Experience with Hubspot or similar CRMs
- An eye for content that connects — especially UGC, influencer partnerships, and social storytelling
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset and confidence in making data-led decisions
