What Is the Opportunity?
We are recruiting for a Claims Team Manager to lead our Bond & Speciality Insurance team in London. This role involves managing a portfolio of Professional & Financial lines claims, including PI, D&O, FI, and W&I matters. We seek a leader with proven expertise in managing professional indemnity and financial lines claims, capable of building high-performing teams, coaching, motivating, and making data-driven decisions.
Travelers Europe offers a hybrid work model, with three days in the office and two at home, subject to change.
