They need a commercial ace - someone who turns numbers into action and wants to genuinely shape a business alongside its founder, not just report on it.
The role
- Working directly with the founder, you'll own the finances - but more importantly, you'll drive the commercial decisions that move the business forward.
You'll be given a lot of rope.
Expected to find answers yourself.
And trusted to get on with it.
- Build the financial modelling function from the ground up
- Procurement & cost reduction - food, packaging, utilities - find it, own it, execute it
- Building an AI-native finance function
- Shape the finance team and structure as the estate grows
- You'll bring
- Multi-site hospitality or QSR experience
- Commercial mindset - you drive actions from analysis, not just produce reports
- AI-native. Entrepreneurial. Self-sufficient.
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA preferred - but instinct beats credentials here
- Ambition to grow into an FD role, not just occupy this one
- Low ego. High ownership.
