A newly created role, and a rare one. My client, one of Britain's best known family brewers, wants a Head of Tenanted to shape their tenanted model from the ground up. This is building, not caretaking.

What you'll need:

  • Real tenanted or leased pub experience - recruitment of tenants, the model, the lot
  • A track record of reopening, rebuilding and renovating pubs at their heart of their communities
  • Ideally Yorkshire-based, or close enough that the estate is your patch, not a postcode on a map
  • Straight-talking, hands-on, comfortable with a team who cares deeply about how pubs should be run

If you believe the great British pub is worth protecting, investing in and growing this is the job where you prove it.
