About the role
SPD Technology is looking for an experienced Corporate English Teacher to join our L&D team. This role is ideal for a professional who values quality teaching, modern methodology, and real impact on learners' professional growth in a dynamic IT environment. At SPD, English learning is not "just lessons." You will work with motivated adult learners, influence learning approaches inside the company, and collaborate closely with an L&D team that truly values education quality, autonomy, and expertise.
As a qualified expert you will:
- Deliver English courses for adults (group and 1:1 formats, levels Beginner–Advanced)
- Design and adapt customized learning programs aligned with business and learner needs
- Prepare lesson plans, materials, and engaging learning activities
- Track attendance, learner progress, and course results
- Participate in placement testing
We’re looking for you if you have:
- 4+ years of experience teaching English to adults (groups and/or 1:1)
- Experience teaching in a corporate, IT, or business context (strong advantage)
- English proficiency: C1–C2
- CELTA or DELTA or equivalent internationally recognized certification with proven teaching experience
- Experience in developing customized programs for different proficiency levels
- Strong command of communicative teaching methodology
- Creative, learner-centered lesson design
- Professionalism, patience, and structured classroom management
