About the role
You will join the team working on a complex ticketing solution that is used by the company to sell tickets for the observation deck and the exhibition center they run. It consists of a web administration application, a media platform, kiosks, and software for physical devices. The administration application of the solution allows for managing products (or tours of the company’s locations), modifying these products, configuring promotional campaigns and different sales channels, and handling refunds for sold orders.

Methodology:
- Set up and manage system configurations.
- Configure and manage cloud providers (Azure) and integrate cloud services.
- Collaborate with developers and QA specialists to support development and deployment processes.
- Maintain infrastructure documentation and participate in relevant meetings.
- Research, evaluate, and implement modern tools to improve infrastructure.
- Contribute to defining business project requirements from an infrastructure perspective.
- Participate in architecture development following best practices.
- Help develop a cloud infrastructure strategy.
- Coordinate the implementation of the developed architecture.
- Ensure deployed solutions align with the approved architecture.
- Implement information security requirements.
- Optimize system configurations and resource usage for cost-effectiveness and performance.
We’re looking for you if you have:
- 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
- Commercial experience with Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps.
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, including experience with AKS.
- Strong experience with Terraform.
- Expertise in implementing CI/CD practices, including automated testing frameworks and comprehensive documentation.
- Solid understanding of DevOps practices, such as monitoring, logging, advanced security practices, and incident response procedures.
- Experience with metrics and log management tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch, and CloudWatch, along with configuring proactive alerting systems for effective monitoring and incident response.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, operations, and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless software delivery and operational excellence.
