Role Description

This is a full-time, Business Development Specialist role split between home based and a few days in London.

The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities across affinity insurance and related services, including prospecting, lead generation, and managing a sales pipeline.

The specialist will conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activity, using these insights to shape proposals and commercial strategies.

Day-to-day tasks include preparing and delivering presentations, coordinating tender responses, and supporting contract negotiations in collaboration with internal teams such as account management, operations, and compliance.

The role also requires maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective partners, ensuring high levels of customer service and contributing to revenue growth and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications
