Train, develop and motivate the team.
Maintain hygiene and food safety compliance.
Take responsibility for the shop in the absence of the Manager.
Qualifications Background in retail management and experience in a food environment is desirable but not essential. Strong work ethic and a hands‑on “can do” mentality.
