Assistant Manager, Contract Catering Monday to Friday
SALARY ON OFFER
- Β£23,000.00 per annum
WHAT'S NEEDED
- An experienced assistant catering manager
WHAT THE JOB ENTAILS
- Assist in the day to day management of the F&B operation
- Working with both BOH and FOH team to ensure the smooth running of the operation
- Working across all aspects of the business incl; bar, restaurant and events
- Monday to Friday
- Working hours as required on a shift basis of 40 hours a week with paid overtime
- Report to the General Manager
- 35 days holidays annually
- Staff training
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Be able to remain calm and focused throughout service
- Good financial understanding
- Be able to adhere to strict processes and procedures
LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
- In line with present France working requirements all candidates are required to provide proof of eligibility to work in the France
