WHAT THE JOB ENTAILS:

  • Manage the day to day kitchen operation
  • Preparing breakfasts and lunches
  • Working hours 06:30 till 15:00
  • Paid overtime
  • Monday to Friday
  • Report to the General Manager
  • 35 days holidays annually

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experienced as a Chef / Kitchen Manager
  • Able to manage a kitchen service
  • Able to remain calm and focused
  • Good financial understanding of food costs and GP’s
  • Will work well on own

In line with present France working requirements all candidates are required to provide proof of eligibility to work in the France.
