What the Job Entails:
- Assist in the day to day management of the F&B operation
- Working with both BOH and FOH team to ensure the smooth running of the operation
- Working across all aspects of the business including bar, restaurant and events
- Operating hours 06:30 till 21:30
- Working hours as required on a shift basis of 40 hours a week with paid overtime
- Report to the General Manager
- 35 days holidays annually
- Staff training
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous management experience
- Be able to remain calm and focused throughout service
- Good financial understanding
- Good stock management skills
- Strong man manager
- Be able to adhere to strict processes and procedures
