Following several recent commissions, we have an opportunity for a motivated and keen Architectural Technologist to join our design team and become part of our Leeds-based team.
The ideal candidate should be a Chartered Architectural Technologist (MCIAT) and ideally hold an Honours Degree or alternative HND / HNC / Apprenticeship with appropriate experience in practice. They should be well versed in current UK Building Regulations, British Standards, and have good experience of working in practice through the technical design and construction phases of building projects.
At Spawforths the right candidate would be responsible for assisting in the delivery of several exciting schemes across many sectors including Residential, Education and Industrial and Logistics.
A successful candidate would be capable of working with minimal supervision on project work, contributing to the successful delivery of several projects, and coordinating with internal team members as well as external consultants, contractors, and clients.
