Due to the continued expansion of our business and product range this has led to the following vacancies arising.

Final Audit Quality Inspector

FULL TIME Permanent after standard Probationary Period Dayshift - Monday to Thursday 8am-4.30pm Friday 8am

2.30pm £13.11ph - £14.61ph depending on experience Rates of payare dependent on skill andexperience We are looking for a motivated individual with attention to detail and a positive working attitude to join our Quality Team, the role generally involves inspection of our manufactured product using our bespoke gauges, CMM, Shadow graph etc and visual inspection for defects/contamination.

The product is then passed off by the inspector before releasing to stores for delivery into our customers.

Full training will be given for this role which has great career progression potential.

In this role you will be required to carry out a range of task vital to the quality function of the company.

You will carry out Final audit inspections of finished product before it is dispatched to the customer.

You will ensure any non-compliant product is dealt with in a timely manner throughout the workshop to the requirements of the applicable Quality procedure.

You will conduct internal auditing of both employees and processes to the audit plan.

You will assist in the resolution of corrective actions, the calibration process, capability studies, and training in the use of metrology equipment.

As part of the Quality team, you will be in daily control of the Final Audit area, with an emphasis on organisation, tidiness and throughput.

Report any concerns on the quality viewed at Final Audit to the Senior Quality Engineer.

Provide continuous feed-back regarding any problems being encountered on the shop floor and be involved in continuous improvement projects - as a team member, as requested TPBN1_UKTJ
