Your Job: As Senior Sales Manager UK, your mission is to accelerate Sparteo’s international expansion by driving agency-led revenue growth. You are a strategic architect: you don’t just sell products; you shape and optimize our advertising offerings to align with the UK market’s sophisticated needs. Your role is pivotal in bridging the gap between agency expectations and Sparteo’s technological innovation.

Responsibilities & Key Missions:

  • Revenue Development & Strategic Partnerships: Lead and expand revenue from agency partners, securing long-term, high-value contracts. Track KPIs rigorously, identifying optimization levers to consistently exceed revenue targets. Provide strategic insights to refine our UK sales methodology and boost agency engagement.
  • Offer Development & Product Influence: Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to iterate on our Adtech stack based on real-time UK market trends. Act as a feedback loop, incorporating client needs into the product roadmap to enhance the relevance of our marketing offerings.
  • Custom Solution Creation & Scalability: Develop tailored advertising solutions that align client objectives with Sparteo’s unique technical capabilities. Work hand-in-hand with Marketing, Ops, and Product to ensure every custom solution is feasible, scalable, and delivered flawlessly.
  • Market Strategy & Intelligence: Proactively identify new business blue oceans and anticipate shifts in agency needs (e.g., cookieless, privacy-first). Help define and execute the UK demand-side strategy in alignment with Sparteo’s global growth objectives.
