Service Engineer

My client is a world-leading organisation that designs, develops, and manufactures high-quality equipment. They are currently looking for a Service Engineer to join their Parts and Service Team. Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 depending on experience Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm Benefits: * 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays * Medical Insurance * Overtime at x1.5 rate * Company Uniform * Ongoing Training Opportunities * Employee Recognition Rewards * Regular Employee Events * Opportunities for Internal Promotion Duties including but not limited to: * Provide maintenance and repair assistance, both remotely and on-site when required. * Manage warranty processes for the UK, Ireland, and EU markets. * Address Aftersales enquiries from dealers and customers. * Provide service and parts support to customers and dealers. * Collaborate closely with all departments to foster a \”Customer First\” culture. * Produce accurate job reports detailing the work carried out. The person: * Willing to learn new skills and adapt to evolving processes. * Self-motivated and determined. * Adaptable and able to work effectively within a team. * At least 5 years’ experience in a service environment, working with both mechanical and electrical systems. * Strong experience in workshop and on-site machine repairs. * Excellent customer-facing skills. * Willing to travel and spend nights away from home to ensure completion of work. * Open to supporting trade and dealer events as required
