Junior Sous Chef – Fresh, Seasonal, Creative Kitchen Location: Clifton, Bristol Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £31,000 per year + approx. £2,200 service charge (total package ~£33,200) Shifts: 5 per week on a rota, including evenings and weekends About the Role We’re recruiting for a vibrant, independently owned restaurant and events venue located in the heart of Clifton. Known for its stylish dining and dynamic atmosphere, the kitchen focuses on seasonal British and European menus, with everything made in-house — no shortcuts. As Junior Sous Chef, you’ll support the Head Chef in delivering high-quality dishes across a range of services: à la carte, private dining, weddings, and member events. You\’ll lead shifts, mentor junior chefs, and contribute to menu development in a creative, collaborative kitchen.
