We are seeking a proactive and experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead a busy housekeeping team at a well-regarded hospitality venue. You’ll oversee the cleanliness of guest accommodation and public areas, ensuring consistently high standards are maintained throughout the property.

Hours: 40 hours per week across 5 days

Salary: Starting at £41,233.50 + amazing benefits

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee housekeeping operations across bedrooms and shared spaces
  • Manage rotas in line with occupancy levels
  • Lead, train and motivate the team, ensuring strong customer service and high standards
  • Monitor housekeeping systems and liaise with internal departments as needed
  • Manage stock control and supply levels efficiently
  • Respond to guest feedback and support service teams with any queries or issues
  • Maintain compliance with all Health & Safety and internal procedures
