Your day to day will include:

  • Leading and inspiring a vibrant front-of-house team across Reception, F&B, and Spa Reception
  • Delivering exceptional service and warm welcomes for every guest
  • Training, mentoring and supporting your team to shine
  • Managing rotas, staffing levels and shift patterns in line with business needs and budgets
  • Offering guidance and local knowledge to guests with a smile
  • Promoting hotel services and upselling where appropriate
  • Ensuring a seamless guest journey from arrival to departure

You will be:

  • A confident communicator with a natural flair for customer service
  • Calm under pressure and quick to adapt in dynamic situations
  • Hands-on, proactive and happy to work alongside your team
  • Organised and capable of managing schedules, people and priorities
  • Enthusiastic about delivering memorable guest experiences

Ideal experience:

  • Supervisory or managerial experience in a hotel, restaurant, bar or leisure environment
  • A great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important – personality matters!
