We invest in recruiting high-calibre graduates and build them into high-performing consultants through our intensive training boot-camps within our nationwide Sparta Global Academies, in the areas of Software Development, Manual Testing, Test Automation, SDET, DevOps, Business Analysis and Project Management, who work for our clients on-site.
The Operations & People Team is key to our success and there to support our ambitious growth plans. The team is headed by the Chief People & Compliance Officer and supported by the HR, Engagement, Compliance, Resourcing and ED&I.
As a Talent Partner you will report into Head of Resourcing and Talent, work closely alongside resourcing and account managers to find, engage and retain talent. You act as the point of contact mainly for Spartan hiring but also experienced hiring when needed. You will be expected to deliver a world-class candidate experience from screening to contract signing. Within your role, you work towards quantitative and qualitative KPIs with a big focus on attention to detail, data integrity and logging data, as well as providing market insights internally. Building trusted quality relationships internally and externally.
You will hold considerable experience working within an Internal recruitment and/or resourcing function within an IT Consulting or Professional Services organisation. You will hold primary responsibility for ensuring resource requests for both Sparta and Vanguard are met alongside building pools of experienced hires. You will create talent pools and communities while also serving live opportunities, engaging experienced talent in the Sparta brand and providing quality talent for our clients.
Your responsibilities – Talent and Resourcing
- Source mainly for Spartan hiring but also supporting on Vanguard hiring
- Confident and credible selling of Sparta externally
- Logging data and providing market insights
- High level of attention to detail and data integrity
- Working towards and achieving both quantitative and qualitative KPIs
- Managing allocated requests for both Sparta and Vanguard using the resourcing process from search and selection through to offer
- Following all processes and meeting SLAs
- Support with Spartan allocation and other requests when needed
- Ensure a high level of data integrity for both Vanguard and Spartan's, updated actions on Salesforce
- Build pools by tech stack on LinkedIn, regularly engage and retain your pools
- Conduct headhunting, sell Sparta and conduct initial screening to check notice, RTW etc.
- Obtain regular feedback from account managers, to identify quality of talent provided and areas of improvement
- Keep up to date with tech and recruitment trends
