Hours: 09.00am - 17.00pm

Days: Monday – Friday (Friday WFH)

Our Team:

The Operations team is central to our continued success and plays a key role in supporting our ambitious growth plans. The function is led by the Chief Operations Officer and supported by the Compliance & Operations Manager.

As an Office & Operations Administrator, you will work closely with the Compliance & Operations Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office environment. This includes maintaining high standards across facilities, Health & Safety, and supplier management, while delivering a professional experience for staff, contractors, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for the office, welcoming visitors and maintaining a professional front-of-house experience.
  • Provide gatekeeping support to senior stakeholders where required.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including facilities management, maintenance, and Health & Safety compliance.
  • Manage incoming calls via building reception.
  • Ensure all communal areas, including breakout spaces, are clean, organised, and well-maintained.
  • Support contractor activities, including travel arrangements (via TravelPerk) and coordination of contractor-related events.
  • Maintain effective office functionality, ensuring a well-run and efficient working environment.
  • Build and manage professional relationships with office suppliers and service providers.
  • Support the organisation and delivery of company-wide events (e.g. Christmas party, internal events) – sometimes working outside of 09.00am-17.00pm to support.
  • Manage stock levels of office supplies, including regular stock checks and reordering.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, ensuring rooms are presented to a high standard at all times.
  • Provide ad hoc administrative and project support to Managers and Directors as required.
