Overview: Sparta Global are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple concurrent application development projects within a fast-paced technology environment. This role requires someone who is highly organised, commercially aware, and confident managing several workstreams simultaneously while coordinating technical teams and stakeholders across the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage 4-5 concurrent application development projects simultaneously
  • Lead project delivery from initiation through to deployment and handover
  • Coordinate cross-functional technical teams including developers, QA, business analysts, and third-party suppliers
  • Build and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reporting, and delivery documentation
  • Track project milestones, dependencies, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and delivery governance where required
  • Manage stakeholder communication across both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Identify delivery risks and implement mitigation plans proactively
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards
  • Support continuous improvement of project delivery processes and governance standards

Required Experience:

  • Proven experience managing multiple concurrent IT or software development projects
  • Strong understanding of application development lifecycles and delivery methodologies
  • Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery environments
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience producing project reporting, delivery plans, and governance documentation
  • Confident working with both technical and business teams
