About this role
This role is designed to launch your career in technology, equipping you with a broad foundation across key areas of the tech industry. You’ll gain hands-on experience during deployment working on client site once you have progressed through our award-winning training. We offer roles within programming, software development, cloud technologies, data, systems, and modern engineering practices.
You’ll develop the skills to contribute across a variety of roles as a Spartan Consultant including, but not limited to; Software Developer, DevOps Engineer, Test Engineer and Business Solutions Consultant. We are looking for those who are eager to get started working in tech and open to our opportunities!
Collaboration will be central to your role. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
We’re not expecting you to have all the technical skills from day one—that’s where our award-winning training from our AI Institute comes in. We specialise in building both technical expertise and professional confidence in a supportive and engaging environment, preparing you to succeed on client projects.
What we're looking for
We want to find enthusiastic people who are driven to shape and build a long-term career in tech. To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate an interest in technology, strong communication and professionalism, with some exposure to programming (such as Python, Java, or similar) for our technical roles. We will be able to place consultants into the specialisms aligning to their skillset and the wider tech sector!

As a national organisation with clients across the UK, we require all candidates to have the flexibility and willingness to relocate post-training for deployment to client sites. Remote working cannot be guaranteed.
You must have eligibility to work in the UK for the duration of your contract with Sparta Global (British or Irish Citizenship, EU Settled Status, or Permanent Visa Holder). We do not offer visa sponsorships or accept Graduate or PSW Visas due to time limitations.
