A leading financial services client of ours in Sheffield is seeking a junior-level Technical Business Analyst to support ongoing CRM system projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with early BA experience who is looking to build their technical and communication skills within a highly professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements for CRM-related initiatives
- Support enhancements and continuous improvement of CRM systems
- Work closely with technology teams, product owners, and business stakeholders
- Produce clear documentation, reports, and communication materials
- Assist with user acceptance testing, issue tracking, and process mapping
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholder levels, managing expectations and timelines
About You
- 6–12 months of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong technical aptitude and willingness to deepen technical understanding
- Exposure to CRM platforms (any CRM considered)
- Confident communicator, able to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage tasks across different workstreams
