The Role: Junior Support Engineer

As a Junior Support Engineer, you will:

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Install and configure software and systems
• Contribute to and maintain internal knowledge bases

No previous tech experience required, just curiosity, commitment, and the drive to learn.

Learn!

Train full-time through our remote Academy (paid from day one), led by experienced industry trainers.

Work!

After training, you’ll be placed on assignment as a consultant with one of our clients for up to 24 months.

• A keen interest in IT and understanding of Python or similar technologies
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
