We invest in recruiting high-calibre graduates and build them into high-performing consultants through our intensive training boot-camps within our nationwide Sparta Global Academies, in the areas of Software Development, Manual Testing, Test Automation, SDET, DevOps, Business Analysis, and Project Management.
As a Technical Sourcer, you will report into the Resource Manager and work closely alongside resourcing and account managers to find, engage, and retain talent. You will act as the point of contact for all experienced hiring activities, both live and building future pools. Your main responsibility is to ensure current and future talent needs are met.
You will hold considerable experience working within an internal recruitment and/or resourcing function within an IT Consulting or Professional Services organisation. You will create talent pools and communities while also serving live opportunities, engaging experienced talent in the Sparta brand, and providing quality talent for our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing consultants by briefing Spartans on assignment details.
- Arranging non-technical/technical interviews with potential candidates.
- Co-ordinating and maintaining the Spartan profile database on LinkedIn and reviewing/updating where necessary.
- Ensuring data integrity by ensuring those sent to open opportunities are added to our CRM.
- Obtaining regular feedback from account managers to identify the quality of talent provided and areas of improvement needed.
- Ensuring quality and accuracy of resources provided to client projects for sales.
- Demonstrating Sparta values in your day-to-day performance and conduct.
