The Key to our success and there to support our ambitious growth plans are the HR function. The team is headed by the People Director and supported by the HR Business Partners & Assistants. As an HR Administrator, you work closely alongside the HR team to implement the Company’s People Strategy. You function as the first point of contact for all HR related enquiries, escalating where appropriate, and completing the team administration to a high level.
- Drafting all HR correspondence – contract extensions, probation reviews, disciplinary invitations & outcomes, change to terms, employee termination, resignation acceptance, redundancy consultation.
- Management of HR inbox – responding to all queries in an accurate and timely manner.
- Administration and monitoring of all absences, and accurate recording on the HR system.
- Taking accurate minutes during meetings relating to workplace conflicts, performance and exits.
- Onboarding of all new starters – drafting paperwork, obtaining required compliance and payroll information, completing the HR induction.
- Management of employee offboarding – drafting paperwork, conducting exit interviews, management of systems.
- Administration of payroll – onboarding of employees, ensuring accurate inputting of information on HR system.
- Any other ad hoc tasks as requested by the Head of HR.
- Timecard Administration.
- Attention to detail, to ensure all data and paperwork is processed correctly.
- Accurate and timely inputting of data for payroll, HR System and Salesforce.
- Demonstration of Sparta values in your day-to-day performance and conduct.
