We’re hiring ambitious individuals to train and launch as Business Solutions Change Consultants working on high-impact client projects across industries, including finance, retail, government, and tech. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and help solve complex business challenges.
- Understand client needs and support them in delivering effective, tech-enabled solutions.
- Gain hands-on experience in roles such as: Business Analyst, Project Support, PMO (Project Management Officer), Scrum Master, Product Owner, Junior Project Manager.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- A passion for innovation, people, and technology.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- 6–12 months of transferable work experience (all backgrounds considered).
- A desire to build a long-term career with continuous development.
- Willing to relocate for client project placements post-training.
- Must have the right to work in the UK (British/Irish citizen, EU Settled Status, or valid visa).
