Sparsholt College Group is looking for an exciting and innovative individual who can join a growing construction team to support the delivery of its electrical installation provision. As we respond to the needs of industry, we are looking to expand our full cost provision including the delivery of green skills to enable the construction workforce to meet the demands of emerging technology.
Working within our Construction team, this post will be joining the College which has a strong focus on providing our learners with the skills and knowledge to promote skills within the sector. Candidates would be expected to have a sound knowledge of electrical installation and the construction industry, together with a comprehensive knowledge of current site health and safety legislation and emerging technologies such as Solar PV and EV Charging Points. This post involves delivery of courses at both our Sparsholt and Andover campus.
Whilst you do not have to have a formal teaching qualification or teaching experience to apply for this role you do need to have:
- A willingness to attain a teaching and assessing qualification. Courses are run in-house by the College.
- An interest and passion to interact with and develop young people.
