Are you passionate about mentoring the next generation of Farming professionals? This is an exciting time to join our and successful, growing and innovative team dedicated to nurturing talent.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee Daily and weekly task management and workload planning

• Support our Farm Manager to prepare and deliver an operational plan

• Collaborate and Support Colleagues and Learners ensuring they receive the support they need to succeed.

• Lead by example on implementing procedures and controls

What We’re Looking For:

• Extensive experience of rearing beef animals and dairy replacements (breeding planning)

• Extensive experience of milking and herd care (including development of herd health plans)

• Experience of robotic and conventional milking systems

• Full understanding of the required standards of livestock health and welfare

• Understanding of animal nutrition to include forage requirements
