What You’ll Do:

• Oversee Daily and weekly task management and workload planning

• Support our Farm Manager to prepare and deliver an operational plan

• Collaborate and Support Colleagues and Learners ensuring they receive the support they need to succeed.

• Lead by example on implementing procedures and controls

Examples of What We’re Looking For:

• Extensive experience of crop establishment, crop husbandry and harvesting

• Experience of headland and grassland management

• Experience of viticulture

• Certificate in forklift truck and tractor driving proficiency
