We help organizations:
- Power Advanced AI: Boosting semantic search, chatbots, and proactive agents.
- Unify Knowledge: Transforming siloed catalog data into one intelligent source.

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer who is passionate about enterprise-grade applications and data management to join us in building the future of intelligent data infrastructure.
The Role
As a core member of our engineering team, you will bridge the gap between complex data systems and intuitive user interfaces. You will build scalable enterprise applications, ensuring our platform can handle massive datasets while delivering a seamless experience for our clients. You won’t just be writing code; you will be architecting solutions that allow large enterprises to harness the power of their data.
Key Responsibilities
- Full Stack Development: Design, build and maintain robust web applications using React for the frontend and Node.js for the backend.
- Data Management & API Integration: Develop efficient APIs (REST/GraphQL) to ingest, process and retrieve data from fragmented sources, creating a unified "knowledge layer".
- Enterprise Architecture: Ensure applications are built with scalability, security, and performance in mind, suitable for high-stakes enterprise environments.
- Database Optimization: Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases to manage complex data schemas and optimize query performance for semantic search.
- Tooling & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by researching and implementing the latest tools in the AI and web ecosystem (Vector Databases, LangChain, Vercel AI SDK).
- Collaboration: Work closely with AI engineers and product managers to integrate AI agents and chatbots into the user workflow.
Requirements
- Experience: 2-3 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Core Stack: Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Next.js (App Router experience is a plus) and Node.js.
- Enterprise Understanding: A solid grasp of how enterprise applications function, including role-based access control (RBAC), security best practices, and data privacy (GDPR/SOC2 awareness).
- Data Fluency: Experience working with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and an understanding of data pipelines or ETL processes.
- Modern Tooling: Familiarity with modern DevOps workflows (Docker, CI/CD pipelines, AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Problem Solver: Ability to navigate complex codebases and debug performance bottlenecks in data-heavy applications.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate).
- Familiarity with AI/LLM integration (OpenAI API, Anthropic, etc.).
- Experience with Semantic Search technologies.
Benefits & Perks
We believe in taking care of our team so you can focus on building great things.
- Competitive Salary: Based on experience.
- Flexible Working: Remote-first culture with hybrid options in Bradford.
