Job Title: Supervising Social Worker\\n\\nLocation: London\\n\\nEmployment Type: Permanent, Full-time\\n\\nSalary: £37,000 – £42,000\\n\\nWe are a working with a small, independent fostering agency who are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Supervising Social Worker to join their team and make a positive impact on the lives of children and families.\\n\\nWith experienced senior management who are able to provide fantastic guidance and growth for progression, this could be a great opportunity to join a team where you can make a difference and make steps towards growing your experience.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Supervise and Support Foster Carers: Provide regular supervision, guidance, and support to foster carers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to provide quality care to children.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Reviews: Regularly review and monitor the progress and wellbeing of children in placement.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Compliance and Safeguarding: Ensure all fostering activities comply with relevant legislation, regulations, and agency policies.
