Job Title: Responsible Individual & Operational Lead Type: Full-time Salary: Competitive, based on experience, starting from £60,000 per annum Reporting to: Company Directors / Executive Supervisor Purpose of Role: Lead strategic development, governance, and high-quality delivery of therapeutic foster care. Ensure compliance with regulations, grow carer capacity, and implement the agency\’s Statement of Purpose to improve outcomes for children and young people. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement a 3-year agency plan and carer growth strategy * Provide strategic leadership and uphold regulatory compliance * Lead the delivery of a high-quality therapeutic model of care * Ensure inspection readiness and continuous service improvement * Supervise and support the Registered Manager and wider team * Liaise with commissioners, manage tenders, and oversee internal audits * Promote safeguarding, child participation, and wellbeing across the agency * Act as the designated Data Protection Officer and oversee business continuity Person Specification: * Qualified Social Worker with 3+ years in childcare and HCPC registration * Minimum 2 years’ fostering experience and management background * Strong knowledge of Ofsted expectations, fostering regulations, and safeguarding * Demonstrable leadership, analytical, and communication skills * IT proficient, flexible with hours, and holds a full UK driving licenc
