Salary: £44,756 (rising to £49,729 after 18 months)

Additional Pay: £750 Homeworking Allowance + £4,184 London Weighting (if eligible)

Contract: Full-time, Permanent (35 hours/week)

Location: Home-based with travel across East, North & West London, Essex, and Hertfordshire

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and relationship-focused Fostering Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment efforts across key regions. This is more than a management job; it’s a chance to build connections that empower families and transform futures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and refine the local recruitment strategy
  • Lead outreach activities and recruitment events
  • Manage and progress enquiries, including suitability decisions and initial home visits
  • Coordinate and facilitate Skills to Foster training for prospective carers
  • Supervise recruitment staff and oversee assessment quality
  • Produce performance reports to drive best practice

What You’ll Bring:

  • Social care/recruitment experience, ideally within fostering
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage others
  • Strong communication, planning and decision-making skills
  • A proactive, emotionally intelligent and values-led mindset
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly
