Are you an Education Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE looking for a new challenge? My client is a well-established Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked law firm with offices in Bradford and Leeds. They act for a wide variety of clients across the education sector, including nurseries, schools, colleges, and higher education institutions.
They are looking for a talented education solicitor to join their highly regarded Commercial Services Group, supporting a diverse education client base across Yorkshire and beyond. The role will include:
- Advising on academy conversions and multi-academy trust transfers
- Liaising with the Department for Education on funding agreements
- Handling education law matters including admissions, exclusions, parental complaints, safeguarding, and SEN provision
- Governance work including drafting articles of association and advising on directors' meeting formalities
- Contributing to client training and advising on data protection and FOI matters
