SparkED Recruitment are seeking dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistants who are looking for ad hoc supply, short term or long-term positions in the Milton Keynes area.

Requirements:
- Full Driving licence required
- Have a passion for working with children with SEND
- Have experience working as a SEN Teaching Assistant, supporting children with SEND in a school setting
- Experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant with children with ASD, speech and language and behaviour difficulties
- The ability to build rapport with the child and be able to respond to the child's individual needs
- Follow directions from the class teacher, SENCO, and other members of staff
