Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans across multiple subjects including Maths, English and Physical Education.
- Support children with special educational needs through tailored teaching methods and behaviour management strategies.
- Implement speech therapy techniques and applied behaviour analysis to assist children with communication challenges.
- Provide tutoring and additional support to students requiring extra assistance in core subjects such as Maths and literacy.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and colleagues regarding developmental milestones.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages learning.
