Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced School receptionist/Administrator to join a Secondary School in West Park, Leeds area. This is a full-time role with hours from Monday until Friday 8:00-4:00pm every day except Tuesday when working hours would 8:00-3:30pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing office correspondence
  • Maintaining and updating records
  • Handling phone calls, emails, and enquiries
  • Assisting with scheduling and coordinating meetings
  • Supporting other departments as needed
  • Ensuring a smooth and efficient office operation

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in administration or a similar role
  • Must have a DBS on the Update Service or be willing to pay for a new one
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
