Location: BD15 & BD3

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.45 AM - 3.45 PM & 8.30 AM - 3.30 PM

Hourly Rate: £14.50 per hour

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrator to join Primary Schools in the BD15 and BD3 area. This is a full-time role with hours from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM or 7.45 AM to 3.45 PM, offering a competitive pay rate of £14.50 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing office correspondence
  • Maintaining and updating records
  • Handling phone calls, emails, and enquiries
  • Previous experience with Broncom, SIMS or Arbour, Parentpay is essential
  • Supporting other departments as needed
  • Ensuring a smooth and efficient office operation
  • Experienced in laminating, dealing with child/parent requests and has recent experience working in the school environment

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in administration or a similar role
  • Must have a DBS on the Update Service or be willing to pay for a new one
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
