  • Trauma

About You

We're looking for compassionate, resilient, and enthusiastic individuals who are committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of young people. You may already have experience supporting children or young people with additional needs or challenging behaviour, but this is not essential. We also welcome applications from candidates with transferable skills and a genuine passion for supporting others.

This role would suit:

  • Graduates, particularly in Psychology, Education, or related subjects.
  • Individuals with experience in childcare, youth work, health and social care, mentoring, coaching, or support work.
  • Those interested in working with children with SEND, including Autism and ADHD.
  • Candidates who are patient, adaptable, reliable, and confident building positive relationships.

No previous school experience is required, as full online training and ongoing support will be provided.

What We Offer

  • Competitive rates of pay.
  • Comprehensive online training and continuous professional development.
  • Dedicated wellbeing support to help maintain a healthy work-life balance.
  • Ongoing support from your own dedicated SparkEd Recruitment consultant.
