SparkEd Recruitment is partnering with a welcoming and forward-thinking school in the Redruth area to recruit Learning Mentors to work across Key Stages 1, 2, 3 and 4. You will support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. SEMH needs may include: Challenging behaviour, anxiety, depression, and trauma.

We welcome applications from candidates with varying levels of experience. While previous experience supporting young people with challenging behaviour is beneficial, it is not essential.

  • No prior school-based experience required — full online training will be provided
