I’m currently supporting a boutique recruitment business in Manchester that’s scaling aggressively within the Data & AI space. They’re looking for ambitious graduates who bring strong energy, a great attitude, and the drive to build something long term in one of the fastest-growing markets globally. This isn’t a corporate churn-and-burn environment. The business is still at a size where your progression, reputation, and impact will be genuinely recognised, with a clear route into future leadership as they continue to grow. The market opportunity is huge. To give you an idea of the level they operate at, the business has recently completed fees of £100,000 and £75,000 within the Data & AI market alone.
What stands out most is the training. Successful hires will go through an eight-week recruitment boot camp delivered by one of the industry’s leading recruitment trainers, giving you a proper foundation in sales, recruitment, business development, and market knowledge from day one.
The role will involve:
- Recruiting into the Data & AI market
- Building relationships with candidates and clients
- Learning business development and commercial sales skills
- Managing recruitment processes end to end
- Developing your own specialist market over time
What they’re looking for:
- High energy and positive attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Competitive mindset
- Ambitious personality
- Someone who wants progression and leadership opportunities over time
Package:
- £26,000 base salary
- Uncapped commission
- First year OTE £35,000 - £40,000
- Eight-week recruitment training programme
- Clear progression path into leadership
- High-growth boutique environment
- Manchester city centre office
Ideal for someone who wants more than just a graduate job and is looking to build a serious long-term career in a booming market.
