You'll enter a training style bootcamp alongside three other Trainees to learn the ropes and give you all the tools
What you’ll be doing:
- Sourcing high-quality candidates for live roles across a busy market
- Building relationships with companies across the UK
- Working closely with experienced consultants to support their placements
- Managing candidate pipelines and keeping processes moving
- Screening, qualifying, and prepping candidates for interviews
- Building relationships with candidates and becoming their go-to contact
- Using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal tools to identify top talent
