With big plans to double the headcount in the coming year they are looking to hire a Divisional Manager to oversee a growing team.

You will be tasked with growing your team from 3 Consultants to 8 and once established you will have the opportunity to progress to AD and gain shares in the business.

• Experience in managing a team
• Recruited in property or associated markets eg construction, built environment
• Growth mindset
