The Role
- Manager buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity and corporate clients across the mid-market.
- Develop private equity and adviser network to support professional growth and contribute to origination efforts.
- Attend and support pitches alongside the senior team.
- Manage and mentor junior team, reviewing workstreams and developing junior talent.
- Champion technology adoption within transactions.
About you
- ACA (or equivalent) qualified.
- A strong, dedicated financial due diligence background, ideally with mid-market private equity deal exposure (c. £20m–£100m EV).
- The ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- A natural communicator with a natural ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
